It’s your 21st birthday and you have too many new options of crazy activities to do. Perhaps you deicide to indulge in your first legal cosmopolitan. Maybe you hit the clubs and dance the night away. Or, maybe you decide to keep it low key and buy your first six-pack of beer to celebrate the success of finally using your own ID.
So why am I rambling on about the amazing things you finally get to do when you’re 21? Let me enlighten you on the 13 Going on 30 moment we just had here at D&B.
Wednesday, August 21st, the Los Angeles Business Journal took our newly turned 3 year old company, sprinkled their fairy dust, and turned us into a dazzling 21 year old diva.
Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. now ranks #21 in Top Places to Work in Los Angeles!
Ten of our magnificent employees rode in style to the LABJ luncheon to receive our award, but only after everyone in the office celebrated with a mimosa toast. Here’s what a few of them have to say:
“It was such an honor to be recognized among such great companies as one of the best places to work in Los Angeles. Keeping in stride with our motto to work hard, play hard – we enjoyed celebrating our company’s recognition and had a great time!” – Lauren Simpson.
“After arriving to the JW Marriot in style in our Escalade limo, the LABJ Best Places to Work crew treated us to even more elegance while waiting for the banquet hall doors to open. Once inside, we enjoyed a stellar meal while learning all about the top 100 business to work. I heard plenty of exciting perks and benefits offered at all the offices, but nothing elicited the ‘oohs and ahhs’ from the crowd like the summary of our All Star Trip to Sicily! This was such a fun event and I’m so happy I was chosen to represent Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. Can’t wait to see where we rank next year!” – Caitlin Mason.
All in all, it was a fabulous event for everyone who attended and an extremely fun day for everyone here at D&B Credibility Corp. But, in the future, instead of 13 Going on 30 I hope we take more of a Benjamin Button route. I mean, 21 is great and all, but would losing the 2 really be that bad? I don’t think so.
