Bad 90s pop references aside, and in all seriousness (+1 bouncy castle), last Thursday night we had the time of our lives at the PromoJam 2.0 launch party and 2013 LA Tech Kick-Off at ROC Santa Monica. There were lots of familiar #SiliconBeachLA faces, and we were able to catch up with some of the party guests before, during, and after things got…well…jamming!
History has favored dynamic duos such as Hansel and Gretel, Luke and Leia, and now Amanda and Matt MacNaughton. This LA-based brother and sister team co-founded PromoJam, a leading Social Marketing Platform that provides businesses with a full suite of tools to easily vet, launch, capture, and promote across multiple social networks. They’re online, they’re mobile, and they’re kicking ASP (yeah…I said it).
“PromoJam raised $1.2 million in Series A funding last year, a round that included NYC-based Golden Seeds and Band of Angels. The company spent that money building a completely new version of its service, which it’s unveiling today…PromoJam 2.0, the new version of the company’s service, will let users run multiple promotions at once across Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, mobile pages, and websites.”
