Our CEO, Jeff Stibel was on 90.9 WBUR, Boston’s NPR station to talk about The Failure Wall we have at our headquarters (a highlight for visitors to our office!).  The Failure Wall is meant to encourage everyone in the office to learn from their failures instead of being defeated by them.  Or as Jeff told Robin Young,

We created the opportunity to cherish failure. We took the biggest wall we have in our office and we made it a failure wall and we put a bunch of well-known quotes and then we added some of our own.
